Chubb and AIG merger announced by January 31?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if it is announced that American International Group (AIG) Insurance will be, has been, or is being acquired by or merged with Chubb Insurance, or vice versa, by January 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". An announcement by Chubb or AIG will qualify for a "Yes" resolution, regardless of whether the announced acquisition/merger actually occurs. The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from Chubb or AIG, however a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
